- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-Eligible Items

- Non-Defective Products: We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you need a different item, please return the defective product for a refund and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
3. Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the defect.
- Refund Issuance: If the product is confirmed to be defective, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs for the return of defective products will be reimbursed.
